If diagnosis is needed, the $100 visit includes up to 60 minutes of accessible testing. Brake parts and repair labor are quoted separately after inspection.

Selected brake work can be completed at a safe, level, legally permitted location with adequate clearance and support. The vehicle design and component condition still determine feasibility.

Should I drive if the brakes are grinding?

Grinding can indicate advanced wear or component contact. Driving can increase damage and stopping risk, so arrange evaluation or towing rather than assuming it is safe.

Are pads the only parts that may be needed?

No. Rotors, calipers, hoses, hardware, fluid condition, wheel bearings, or ABS faults can contribute. Inspection determines the actual scope.
