What does the diagnostic visit include?

The $100 diagnostic visit includes up to 60 minutes of starting and charging-system testing. Approved parts and replacement labor are priced separately.

Can you replace an alternator in a driveway?

Selected alternators can be replaced in a safe driveway when access, support, weather, fastener condition, and the vehicle procedure permit it. Some designs require a lift or facility.

How do you know whether the battery or alternator is bad?

Battery condition, cranking behavior, charging output, connections, belt drive, and vehicle operating state are considered together. One voltage reading is not always enough.

Do I need to provide the part?

Parts sourcing is confirmed after diagnosis. Customer-supplied parts may be considered, but compatibility, condition, and warranty responsibility must be agreed before installation.
