Form, call, text, or email submission starts a review. Service is confirmed only after Charlotte Service Hub accepts the location, scope, timing, access, and safety conditions.
Mobile diagnostic visit
The standard automotive diagnostic visit is $100 for up to 60 minutes of on-site testing for one agreed complaint. Parts, repairs, testing beyond that period, additional complaints, towing, programming, and facility work are separate. Pre-purchase inspections have separately confirmed scope and pricing.
Safe and legally permitted work location
Vehicle work requires a safe, level, stable, accessible, and legally permitted location. Home work requires safe access and suitable site conditions. Work may be declined, stopped, or rescheduled for hazards, weather, access, site restrictions, or conditions outside mobile scope.
Repairs, parts, and additional work
Findings, options, parts responsibility, pricing, and the expected next step are explained before additional work begins. Customer-supplied parts are accepted only when compatibility, condition, and responsibility are agreed.
Permits, licensing, and referrals
Work requiring a permit, licensed trade, structural evaluation, specialty equipment, vehicle lift, controlled facility, towing, or another qualified professional may be declined or referred.
