The agreed visit covers mounting-surface evaluation and the approved installation scope. Wall opening, reinforcement, tile repair, or corrective waterproofing is quoted separately or referred.

Questions about grab-bar installation

Can you install a grab bar safely?

Installation is accepted only when a suitable load path and compatible hardware can be established for the actual wall. If the surface cannot support the installation, Charlotte Service Hub will explain the needed preparation or referral.

Can a grab bar be installed through tile?

Sometimes. Tile type, substrate, waterproofing, drilling location, and the structure behind the tile must be reviewed before drilling.

Can an existing loose grab bar be tightened?

It depends on why it moved. Loose hardware may be correctable, but damaged backing, oversized holes, cracked tile, or moisture can require a different repair.
