Scheduling
How does scheduling work?
Charlotte Service Hub reviews the product and access first, then confirms whether one prepared visit is realistic or whether added help, anchoring, or specialty installation is needed.
The visit covers the agreed product assembly and included adjustment. Missing parts, wall repair, specialty anchoring, delivery, hauling, or disassembly is separate.
Charlotte Service Hub serves Charlotte and surrounding communities based on travel availability, appointment timing, job scope, and a safe service location. These are service areas, not storefront locations.
Keep hardware and instructions together. You may check for obvious shipping damage, but avoid mixing parts from multiple products.
Can you anchor furniture to the wall?
Included anti-tip hardware can often be installed after the wall construction and attachment point are reviewed. Incompatible or missing hardware may need replacement.
Do you remove packaging?
Packaging handling should be confirmed before scheduling because disposal capacity and local rules vary.
