Charlotte Service Hub first determines whether the vehicle should remain parked. Service is scheduled only at a safe location after the engine and cooling system have cooled.

What does the diagnostic visit include?

The $100 diagnostic visit includes up to 60 minutes of safe accessible cooling-system testing. Repairs, coolant, extended pressure testing, towing, and facility work are separate.

Can you diagnose an overheating car at home?

Many external leaks, fan problems, sensor clues, and accessible component faults can be evaluated at a safe location after the system cools. Internal engine faults may require facility testing.

Can I drive after adding coolant?

Adding coolant does not identify or correct the cause. If the vehicle overheated, leaks rapidly, steams, or shows a warning, keep it parked and arrange diagnosis or towing.

Can a radiator or water pump be replaced on-site?

It depends on access, support needs, draining and containment, fastener condition, and the vehicle procedure. Some require a facility.
