Scheduling
How does scheduling work?
Photos and product details are reviewed before scheduling so Charlotte Service Hub can determine whether a localized repair is practical and what matching material is available.
The scope covers the agreed localized repair or assessment. Hidden subfloor damage, moisture correction, added materials, and larger replacement work are explained separately.
Charlotte Service Hub serves Charlotte and surrounding communities based on travel availability, appointment timing, job scope, and a safe service location. These are service areas, not storefront locations.
Can one damaged laminate or vinyl plank be replaced?
Sometimes. The locking system, installation direction, access from a wall, adhesive method, and availability of a matching plank determine the practical repair approach.
Can you fix a squeaky floor?
Selected localized squeaks may be reduced when the movement and framing can be identified and reached. Finished ceilings, hidden utilities, and broad subfloor movement can limit the repair.
Will a replacement match the existing floor?
A close match depends on having the same product and dye lot. Sunlight, wear, finish aging, and discontinued materials can make differences visible.
